SEEKONK Torque Wrench, in-lb Torque Measurement Type, 5/16 in Drive, 80 in-lb Torque, T-Handle Handle

These durable T-handle type tools feature a unique locking collar which allows the tool to be used as an untorqued snug-up or back-off as well as a conventional torque tool. With locking collar retracted, the tool torques to the specified torque in the right hand direction (tightening), while ratcheting in the left hand direction. When proper torque value has been achieved, the mechanism slips internally and over tightening is impossible. It is the base for a whole family of specialized tools in the no-hub line.
