SEEKONK T-Handle Torque Wrench, 5/16 in Drive, 60 in-lb Torque

These durable T-handle type tools feature a unique locking collar which allows the tool to be used as an untorqued snug-up or back-off as well as a conventional torque tool. With locking collar retracted, the tool torques to the specified torque in the right hand direction (tightening), while ratcheting in the left-hand direction. When proper torque value has been achieved, the mechanism slips internally and over tightening is impossible. It is the base for a whole family of specialized tools in the no hub line.
