Conflare and square wheel brushes are mounted on a 1/4 in shank to provide quick and easy installation in a collet, chuck, mill, lathe, exc. Mill-Rose conflare brushes feature rugged construction for tough cleaning jobs on internal and external surfaces. Conflare brushes are highly effective for side cleaning, while eliminating bottom scoring. These brushes do not flare during operation. Mill-Rose conflare brushes deliver longer brush life compared to other circular-style due to wire angle. Our conflare brushes are available in high carbon steel or stainless steel. Applications include weld and carbon removal, deburring and plastic flash removal.
