The HoldRite® HydroFlame™ 200 HF200-20S is a single-component, non-sag, water-based intumescent firestop sealant formulated to expand when exposed to heat, effectively sealing openings and preventing the spread of fire, smoke, and gases through penetrations in fire-rated walls and floors. Its elastomeric properties accommodate dynamic movement, making it suitable for both new and retrofit construction. The sealant adheres to a variety of substrates, including metallic and plastic pipes, and is compatible with FBC™ System Compatible piping systems. It is UL Listed and meets ASTM E814, UL 1479, and CAN/ULC S115 standards, ensuring reliable fire protection performance.
