The Moen M-CORE rough-in valve combines the primary shower mixing valve and a three- or six-function transfer valve in one concealed assembly. It is factory configured to operate two showering devices with two independent and one shared function and can be adjusted during installation to operate three devices with three independent and three shared functions. The brass valve body includes 1/2-inch crimp-ring PEX inlet and outlet connections, quarter-turn service stops, a flush plug for system testing, and a ceramic disc transfer cartridge. The mixing cartridge is supplied with compatible M-CORE 3-Series trim.
