The Moen commercial thermostatic mixing valve blends hot and cold water to provide a controlled outlet temperature at low-flow fixtures. It features all-brass construction, a vandal-resistant adjustment cap, integral inlet check valves, and stainless steel strainers that help protect the valve from debris. The valve includes 1/2-inch FNPT connections with 3/8-inch compression adapters and is factory preset to 105 degrees Fahrenheit with an adjustable range from 95 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
