The Oatey® Extra Special Medium Black ABS Cement is formulated for non-pressure applications, particularly in hot and arid climates. Its medium viscosity ensures excellent gap-filling properties, providing a strong bond for ABS pipe and fittings. The black color aids in identifying application areas on the pipe surface. This cement is suitable for use on all schedules and classes of ABS pipe and fittings up to 6 inches in diameter with an interference fit. It meets ASTM D2235 standards and complies with NSF/ANSI 61 health effects requirements.
