The AIREX TRS-510-G is a Titan Outlet TRS retrofit pipe penetration seal designed to maintain the integrity of air barriers and insulation systems. This model features a 3/4 inch gasket and fits piping systems with 1 inch wall insulation thickness or a line set diameter of 3-1/8 inches. Manufactured in gray for easy identification, it provides a secure, air- and moisture-resistant seal around piping penetrations in walls, roofs, and floors.

The AIREX TITAN OUTLET is an engineered wall enclosure system that seals and protects HVACR piping penetrations from weather damage, air leakage, pipe vibration, and pests to help HVACR professionals aesthetically meet mandatory building requirements and energy efficiency standards. Utilizing weather resistant and outdoor durable engineered polymers, the AIREX TITAN OUTLET enclosure is made of ASA polymer, while the elastomeric outlet sleeve is made of an engineered TPE polymer for airtight sealing around HVAC piping. The enclosure and sleeve are bonded together through a process called over-molding, chemically and mechanically bonding them together as one piece. The wall surface gasket attached to the outlet enclosure is durable PVC foam that creates a positive seal on irregular surfaces. Included accessories consist of 4 carbon steel anchor screws and one stainless-steel clamp to ensure outdoor installation durability.
